My dogs are happier!: I routinely play for 2-3 hours in an evening and afterwards had ankle and foot pains for the next day or two. Previously arch supports (mostly padding; not stiff enough) helped at first, but I soon experienced the same pains. The Zelos product is a great improvement. I am not yet certain if they will eliminate all the pain after hours of competitive play.....but they are a big improvement so far.

Very Stiff On Arrival, but they break in: Worth the wait. These were very stiff on arrival, painful to even stand on inside the shoe. I thought about a return, but then decided to give them a try. After playing hard in them several times, enduring the tingles in the feet that were less with each play, they became wonderfully comfortable. They work well with my bunion. Not enough arch support: These insoles fit perfectly in my shoes with no trimming needed. They are comfortable for sure but just don’t give bough arch support. I liked the material they are made out of. I wish they cupped my heel a little more and had more volume under the arch, because they didn’t I had to return them. For those that also need what I need try protalus insoles. I just got those and love them.
