New paddle: Love the power on this paddle. Only downside is the lack of a durable grit on the face. Would like to have more friction with the ball. I like to create topspin and would like more “grip”. The other downside is the grip on the handle. Would prefer a “honeycomb” grip. Will be adding a new grip soon.

Good mid-level paddle: I recommend this paddle for those who want to move up from a base level paddle but do not want to spend $200 for a pro level paddle.
