Only a few minor adjustments need to be done by the factory though. Amazing paddle, great company: I've been playing pickleball for about 7 years now and have tried over a dozen paddles, and I have to say this is the most impressive paddle I've ever owned. Controllable Power! My new Paddle!: I demoed Diadem Warrior based on all the FB ads I kept getting for it. I am so glad I did. For reference I have been playing with Franklin Ben Johns 16mm paddle. I generated much of own power and the thick paddle gave me the control. The Warrior is 3mm thicker which should theoretically reduce power but It has a lot more power than the Franklin. Once you get used to the power you can have the same control as other paddles. That has made tremendous difference,
