Edge guard is getting cheap — Pros: I like the red edge guard on the Red paddle — Cons: The red, white and blue edge guard was clearly inferior.

Diadem
The Diadem Edge 18K Carbon Fiber paddle earns widespread praise for exceptional spin generation and control, with reviewers consistently highlighting its premium carbon weave and generous sweet spot. The main drawback is inconsistent edge guard quality across color variants, though this is a minor concern relative to the paddle's strong on-court performance.

The Diadem Edge 18k is the real deal—I've never played with a paddle that generates spin like this, both in the amount and the consistency. The 18k carbon weave is no gimmick. Diadem Edge: Let me start by saying this paddle performs amazingly. The amount of spin you’re able to generate on the ball is second to none. The carbon fiber weave literally chews up the ball forcing you to have to clean the face after each use. It has great touch and a generous sweet spot, even for off-center hits. I feel very confident around the nvz with my dinks, great for resets, and good power (not great). I liked it enough that I actually bought two (one for my significant other an
